lynn:
i switched to 10x ce buffer from biowhittaker a little over a month ago
with no problems. it's about 1/2 the price of the abi buffer with the same
shelf-life, same dilution factor, etc. it comes in 1l or 4l plastic
containers.
my sequencing/genotyping results continue to be fine.
sigma marched in the other day flashing a similar product at a similar
price, but i have yet to receive a sample or care to try it since the
switch i've already made is working well.
