We too are considering the purchase of a Bioanalyzer for protein analysis so I
am interested in other labs experiences. I attended a demo at our local Agilent
office and was pleased with the speed and ease of use and with the small
footprint, but the results with my own samples did not match a parallel SDS-PAGE
experiment very well. We will have a loaned instrument for a couple weeks soon
to see if we can get better correlation in our own lab.

Dear ABRFers:
Our group is considering the purchase of a Bioanalyzer by Agilent for the
analysis of protein samples. I'm interested in any opinions about the
instrument, especially from any group who has purchased it and had it in use in
the lab for a while.
Thanks in advance.
