Colleagues,
We are currently interested in purchasing either an Applied
Biosystems QSTAR or a Micromass QTOF2 primarily for the task of de
novo sequencing of novel peptides from biological matrices.
I would be grateful for any views on the usefulness of either
instrument for this task.
I benefited from the archived discussion on this subject some time
ago, but would be grateful for any up-to-date views on the matter.
