I wonder if any of you have experience with cell lyses protocol for MALDI MS
analysis. I am working on a colon crypts proteomics project; so I try to get
as much proteins out as possible. I have the complete protease inhibitor
cocktail tablets available if you think this is a good protease inhibitor
for my purpose. Thank you.
