Re: MS - QTOF2 or QSTAR?

Dear Dr. McClean

I have been using the QSTAR with great success for de novo seq. but
it's clearly weak on the software side, which allowed us very little
automation (completely remade NT solution should be available by
now). But the performance of the machine esp. in nanospray ESI MS/MS
is excellent. I found it easy to handle as well.
I don't have any experience on the QTOF2.

Good luck
