Hi there,
I have been asked to separate the products of 2 allelles - peptides
with theoretical pI's of 8.6 and 9, which cannot be resolved by
SDS-PAGE. Does anybody have a reliable protocol for non-denaturing PAGE
of basic proteins please ? - I have had a good look on the interenet but
haven't been able to turn up anything, so all and any advice greatly
recieved,
