We are trying to find a protocol using Dynabeads for pulling down specific
proteins without antibody in the elution. We tried this about a year ago
and had a lot of difficulty getting any specific binding. Dynal has
several new products out now, has anyone tried this with success and do
you have a working protocol? Thanks:)
