I am working on a mouse colon crypts cell lyses protocol for MALDI analysis.
I am using the complete protease inhibitor cocktail tablets. The MALDI
spectrum only shows about 100 protein. Also the protease inhibitor have a
polymeric pattern from 5000-7500 m/z with a 45 da difference each peak. If
you have any advice on how to get the cell lyses protocol for MALDI, or why
the complete protease inhibitor tablet have a polymeric pattern, I would be
very appreciate your help.
