Hi Sam,
We've had excellent luck with ours after sorting out the "teething" problems
of an early version instrument. It is capable of separating 2-3pmol digests
with some proteins, and if you use a Procise HT or cLC you should have no
difficulty with the sensitivity. I don't do well at changing the pump seals
though, so I leave it to the service engineer who replaces them once a year
on contract.

Subject: Microblotter
Dear All,
Our lab. is planning to buy a microblotter for sequencing work. Is there
anyone who use ABI's Microblotter before? How do you find it? Any comments
will be appreciated.
Yours truly,
Sam
