Hi Jane

We have used the Centricon Plus-80s on a regular basis over the
past 2 years for concentrating folded protein complexes after dialysis. We
have never tried to autoclave them, but we have never had a problem with
sterility. We do keep our dialysate on ice at all times and loaded with
protease inhibitors.
