Having shot off my mouth about a possible bad POP lot, I want to make sure
I also present the opposite side. Yesterday, we regenerated our array, and
the next set of plates we ran - BD standards followed by 300 client samples -
gave really nice reads. This is still with that POP6 lot 0101130 on which
I was casting aspersions mere hours ago. I'm still baffled as to how a POP
lot change could have caused our previous problems (basically toasted the
array) but it is clear that this lot of POP *can* produce some nice results.

Anyone else with a similar experience regarding serious loss of resolution
following a POP lot change?
