bioinformatics software

You may want to investigate an ASP service like bionavigator
(http://www.bionavigator.com/). I do not have experience with it
beyond their free demo account but I did have a very long and useful
conversation with their sales rep today so it was on my mind. I
think they have a lot to offer, but mine is hardly an informed
opinion at this point. In the future you may see me heartily
recommending or possibly even panning it. Does anyone have more
experience with them?
