Hi Wiliam,

using ESI-Q-TOF I once saw a doubly charged polymer with a repeat of 22
in the range from 500 to 700, which was very likely PVP (PVP-40),
because this was a digest from a nitrocellulose blot (stained with
Ponceau-S) blocked with PVP. Considering that you have single charged
ions this would make repeats of 44.
