Agilent Sequencer N-terminal Mobile Phase A

Has anyone else had problems getting N-terminal Mobile Phase A from Agilent?
Agilent tells me the earliest they may be able to ship it will be in April.
Have any of you prepared it yourself? Based on the bottle label, it appears
to be 15% acetonitrile, 0.1% ion pairing agent (TFA?), pH5.2. If you have
prepared it yourself, either successfully or unsuccessfully, please reply
with the details.
