John,
we analyzed both dimethyl-Arg's on a HP AminoQuant (OPA/ FMOC chemistry). They
elute between Arg and Tyr after 8 min under routine conditions. The asym.
dimtehyl-Arg comes just before sym. dimethyl-Arg which is well separated from
following Tyr.
