Andy,
We usually run our plate washer about 10 hours per day, 5 days per week. We
used to have a Tomtek Quadra, but it gave us no end of trouble. We had
repair persons in the lab every other week, and it seemed like the darned
thing was always down, for one reason or another. A couple of months ago,
or so, we acquired a Bio-tek ELx405, and so far it's a lot more reliable.
Fingers are still crossed.
Please let me know what opinions you get from other users, since we're in
the market for a 2d machine.
