This discussion of home-made reagents for protein sequencers has surfaced a
number of times. Our lab (like many others) has spent some time on this issue
with mixed success. It seems that there must be a number of tried and tested
recipes that could be assimilated into one list for distribution to the entire
group. I'd be happy to put this list together (removing names if the
contributors desire). Please send me an email with whatever details you feel are
necessary and I'll start compiling the information.
