Thank you to everyone who responded to my question. Here is a summary of
responses:

50-100 ng in 20uL reaction (2.5-5.0 ng/uL) for genescan

12.5 ng in 5uL reaction (2.5 ng/uL) for genescan

10 ng in 10uL reaction (1.0 ng/uL) for unspecified application

40-60 ng in 20uL reaction (2.0-3.0 ng/uL) for genescan

10 ng in 50uL reaction (0.2 ng/uL) for pyrosequencing

A few people had asked about the plates and seals we use for 5uL reactions.
We use 384 well PCR plates from AB, their clear adhesive seals, and 9700s.
