I would like to make contacts with anyone at any high throughput
sequencing or genotyping centers who have automated the process of
importing plate records to the 3700. I know the collection software has
capabilities to poll a database for plate records, but our chief
scientist is insistent that we take it further. We want to be able to
push a plate record in to the machine's database and link the plate to a
location. ANY help, advice, or further information or ideas would be
greatly appreciated. I am willing to beg, borrow, steal, or buy
information and help on this.
