Hi Everyone,

We are doing some long PCR (3.2kb & 4.7kb) and are looking for a control to
co-amplify with them, preferably a housekeeping gene. Something around
3.8kb with known robust amplification conditions? I DO believe in the
Easter Bunny.

We have been using Expand from Boehringer with mixed results. Anybody have
another system they would like to recommend?
