Hi:
I recently received a mailing from a company called igels--they
only mentioned Tris-glycine gels in their mailing but perhaps they offer
other products. Their URL is www.buyigels.com/cm.
I also wanted to thank the DNA equencing Research Group for some
valuable info I got at the San Diego meeting. I used a mix of GTP and
BigDye (3.5 BD + 0.5 GTP) to get good reads on several templates that had
been intractable before. Also, I bought some of the GIBCO/BRL enhancer
solutions I heard about at the same tutorial session. Rxn Enhancer D
allowed sequencing of a poly C containing template that had resisted all
other temps, GTP ratios, etc. What a useful meeting!
