Hello,

Most of the peptide I synthesised are acidic. What would be the best
method to neutralise the acidic peptides. Peptides are cleaved using
95% of tfa and 2.5% of Tips and water. Tfa cocktail solution is left
standing for 2 hours over a nitrogen bed. Followed by several washes
with ether then dissolved in 30% of Acetic acid. The peptide solution
is then dried using a Gene Vac HT4 system.

Protocols used
24 peptides
7umole scale using 1.1ml of tfa solution.
8 times washes of cold ether (2ml)
400ul of acetic acid.

Many Thanks

Lily
