we are seeing a problem with sample bleed over on some of our wells. If we
leave blanks lanes in wells 89-94 and put controls in 95 and 96, we see a
bleed over from 95 in 94, 92, and 90. These are next to each other in the
loading bar and it could be that it is leaking into each other. I called
tech service and they suggested increasing the wash step between each
loading to ensure no carry over but this did not fix the problem. We saw
this once before and the load bar was replaced but it did not correct the
problem. It finally went away when we changed the array. This array only
has about 240 runs on it. Has anyone else had a seen this problem.
