Dear Colleagues,
We have been trying to answer this question through specific
channels, but it now seems time to consult the all knowing, all seeing
source of knowledge.
At the risk of broadcasting my ignorance, who can tell me if the
publically available human genome sequence is yet in a form searchable with
sequest, MS-Fit or Mascot? If so, where do you get it? If not, how long
until it will be avaialble?
