Hi all,

I have synthesized a peptide with Fmoc method.In Elettrospray mass spectrometry result the correct molecular weight (1200 Da) and other weights 1298 , 1396 .What are these + 98 Da and + 196 Da ?Is it perhaps a modification of side group of ARG (PBF)?

Sequence of the peptide :

GLY-ARG-ARG-ARG-ARG-SER-VAL-GLN-TRP

Mix of cleavage :

TFA,H2O,TIS for 2.30 H

Resin : Rink Am
