Good morning, it's sunny and 45 F in St Louis at 8:02 am, a beautiful day!
There are two places I know of to get proline endopeptidase:
- ICN Cat# 320821 PROLINE-SPECIFIC ENDOPEPTIDASE - From Flavobacterium
meningosepticum
Activity: 35 units/mg
This enzyme specifically cleaves peptide bonds on the carboxy side of
proline residues. Much slower hydrolysis is observed on the carboxy side of
alanine residues.
Unit Definition: one unit of enzyme produces 1 µmole of p-nitroaniline per
minute from carbobenzoxy-Gly-Pro-p-nitroaniline at 30ƒC, pH 7.0.
This preparation contains <<0.1% aminopeptidase and trypsin activities
- Seikagaku Corporation Cat# 120125 from Flavobacterium meningosepticum

Hi
I know this is pretty vague, but there is a Japanese company that sells
proline endopeptidase. Unfortunately I can't remember the name of it.
Maybe you can do a search for Japanese companies and the enzyme. Hope this
little bit of info helps even slightly.
