Hello, Can anyone provide information on post pcr cleanup of fluorescently
labeled fragments to be run on the 3700? We are worried about damage to the
capillaries. Currently we run fragment analysis on the 377's and would like
to start running them on the 3700. What should we focus on as we go about
this transition?
