I’m trying to set an LC-MS (liquid chromatography-mass
spectrometry) method (flow=0.3ml/min) for the LCQ
instrument, to obtain MS-MS spectra of the most
intense species from a complex mixture of metabolites.
Each chromatographic peak contains three-four
interesting species and peaks are not well separated
from the neighboring ones. So the mixture is quite
complex!!
Can you suggest me a suitable method?
