Dear Dennis

you should be able to run the cellular extract on a SDS-PAGE and to
identify the region where the two proteins should migrate by western blot.
A second lane of the gel can then be blotted on a PVDF membrane and the
protein band sequenced. The sequencer will be able to tell you whether the
band contains one or both proteins and even their relative abundance.
