I will refer you to two papers:1.Karle et al.,Int.J.Peptide
Prot.Res.,(1989),34,37-41
                                                       2.Monera et
al.J.Biol.Chem.,(1993),268,19218-27.
In addition,the peptide representing loop 1(H1) of hCG beta,res.1-37 has
such propensity.I was involved in the synthesis,but I will have to look
into the structural work,to understand it.

I am looking for peptides that form antiparallel structures in solution
(beta sheets or others). Homo- or heterodimers would both be good; the
sequence length should be approximately 20 amino acids.
