Hi,

I would like to know if anyone is experiencing the breakage of the 36 cm
back plate for 377 when used in the ABI gray cassettes? The break occurs on
the back plate at the point touching the notched area. This occurs without
the plate adhering to the machine as a result of buffer leaking from the
upper buffer chamber. We have broken 5 "The Gel Company" back plates within
the past 4 months. (However, The Gel Company plates do not break in the
black cassettes.)

Any feedback would be appreciated.
