Hi:
I have an opening for a post doctoral candidate in my laboratry at NIH.
The research is varied but is centered around the development and
utilization of proteomics methodology. In particular, mass spectrometry
is used to identify and characterize proteins and their post
translational modifications. I am especially interested in finding a
candidate with a good background in biochemistry; experience with mass
spectrometric techniques is not necessary. Encouragement and support is
available for a candidate who has their own interests that they would
like to explore or develop providing they fall under the "proteomics"
aims of this group. More information on the position and my research
group is available at http://proteome.nih.gov/postdoc.html and I welcome
any enquiries to my email address at L_Pannell@nih.gov or by phone to
USA 301-402-2196.
Lew Pannell.
