Dear Users
I would appreciate any comment or suggestion about HPLC systems for
PURIFICATION of Oligonucleotides . We use the Vision/Poros system from
Perkin Elmer and I would like to know if some people found a better
system ? Our criteria are the speed of the process and of course the
purity of the expected oligo. The capacity to separate the n-1 from the
n specie (DMT OFF) is of major importance.
I heard a lot about the Transgenomics Wave systems. Any happy users ? !
