Senior Research Associate in Protein Biochemistry

An excellent full-time opportunity currently exists in the Department of
Informatics and Functional Genomics. The position requires a BS/MS in
biochemistry or a related field with at least 3 years of experience. The
position primarily involves biochemical characterization of proteins. The
ideal candidate should have demonstrated skills in protein biochemistry,
mass spectrometry, and assay development. Enzyme kinetics, protein
purification and molecular biology skills are a plus. A working knowledge of
signal transduction as related to oncology and immunology is highly
desirable. You will need to demonstrate an ability to propose and test
hypotheses, design and validate novel assays, perform experiments
independently, and communicate effectively as part of one or more
multi-disciplinary program teams

The position will be commensurate with experience level. Signal offers a
