I am interested in resolving individual protein complexes with native gels
with the subsequent separation of each complex into individual protein/
subunits with non-reducing gels/ SDS-PAGE. I would like to know if there is
any protocol available. If yes, is there any convenient method that can
separate both acidic and basic complexes in one gel? Besides, if we are
looking at the insoluble fraction of the sample- like membrane protein
fraction, which sample loading buffer should we use, for native gels?
