I have a secreted protein that I need to express. I would like to
remove the native leader sequence and substitute the appropriate leader
sequence for the expression system that I will be using. However, the
leader sequence for the protein that I wish to express is not known for
sure.

I'm looking for a website that will allow me to paste in my protein
sequence and it will predict what the leader sequence is based on
hydrophobicity, etc.
