I am looking for a journal that will accept manuscripts dealing
with the generation of a molecular model of the cytoplasmic
domain of an integrin receptor.

Initial models for each alpha and beta subunit were based on
circular dichroism data, homology modeling to structurally
defined protein fragments (NMR and crystal data) and on our
previously reported terbium-energy transfer/electrospray mass
experiments (JBC:271:6017-6026). Individual models for each
subunit were then generated via molecular dynamics/
minimizations and the final model of the domain was generated
via docking followed by molecular dynamics/minimization.

I submitted the manuscript to Protein Science but they
returned it stating that they do not publish manuscripts on
protein structure predictions. Any suggestions???

Thanks in advance for your help.
