Hi
Can anyone suggest how to make an oligonucleotide with a
5'-triphosphate on the 5'-end. I would prefer a method compatible with
the usual solid-phase synthesis methods, but an enzymatic approach can
also be considered.
Also, is anyone aware of commercial sources for
2'-deoxyguanosine-5'-triphosphates which might have some type of
derivatizable ligand (i.e. biotin, amino group etc.) on the 3'-position.
Thanks,
