Hi Barbara:
We use the LV 200 nmol columns of ABI and are very pleased with the
quality of oligo and reagent savings. We QC every oligo we make and thus know
that the quality is good. We see no point in using the LV 40nmol columns
because the savings are not substantial in our situation. For specific
information, please email to Glenn at oligo@fccc.edu. We make about 500 oligos
a month.
