Has anyone tried the new Oligo-AP Labeling Kit from Clontech? I would like to
know how well this kit has worked for other labs and the types of problems you
might have encountered. We have made two attempts to label oligos and are
getting products with almost no activity. After the first attempt we spoke
with the product coordinator at Clontech who thought that there might be some
residual DTT causing problems, but a second trial did not improve our results.
Any input would be appreciated.
