I'm wondering if anyone could help me with finding a reference regarding
"de novo" starts off the support during DNA oligomer synthesis. I have
anecdotal memory that one of the advantages of the polystyrene resin ABI
used in the 40 nmole columns was much better for avoiding these side
products, which end up being 3' deletions from the input oligo. Thanks in
advance for your long collective memories.
