Richard -
Several years ago we invested in a very simple but effective device
called an E-block From Barrskogen, Inc. It is just an aluminum block which
holds 8 - 4 ml glass vials. We use it with a water aspirator and a heating
block and the oligos are dried down from the ammonium hydroxide in 10-20
minutes depending upon how many vials you do at one time. There is no odor
and it is so simple and hassle free - I've decided it has more than paid
for itself in motors and oil changes. The end user just has to "add
water". This works quite well for our small operation. Scottie
