Hello all,
We want to purify this double-stranded rhodamine labeled oligo product
from the monomer oligos:

g g g c t a t a a a a g g g - rho
c c c c t t t t a t a c c c

Molecular weight of the rhodamine labeled species is 5363
and the other oligo, 4430.

Purification on gels with extraction has not yielded very much product.
We might need better extraction methods--I have the research trying a
Sep-pak cartridge today with a stronger eluter, like 60% methanol.

If that doesn't work, I thought we would try traditional oligo RP-HPLC
chromatography to separate the monomers from the double-stranded product,
using a C4 column and 0.1 M TEAC with an acetonitrile gradient, no
heating of the column.

Any other ideas are welcome.

Thanks,
