The description of the problem you are having with your newly installed
Procise reminds me of a similar one I had when ours was installed.
After carefully scrutinizing every step during a cycle the problem was
traced to a fine 'whisker' of PTFE tubing which had got drawn up the flask
pick up line. This may have been left over from manufacture - who knows.
But it may illustrate the variety of possible causes to these 'tricky to
diagnose' problems.
Clearly in this case it was easy to remedy. Hope you get your system
sorted out soon.
