I have been using a ninhydrin kit to monitor coupling reactions in peptide
synthesis. The kit is from Dupont NEN who no longer carries the kit.
Does anyone know of a vendor who carries a ninhydrin kit. It consists of
three reagents, ninhydrin in ethanol, pheonol in ethanol, and KCN in
pyridine. Should I just make it myself?? Thanks in advance.
