Lisa Bibbs forwarded a question about C-terminal sequencing using
carboxypeptidase and MALDI. I suggest looking at D. Patterson, et al.,
Anal. Chem. 67, 3971-3978 (1995). I've seen a few new tricks since
then, but there is a list of peptides that were tried and how far
they got.
