Hi everybody!
I have a problem with my Procise: The repetitive yield is very low and
there is a large background especially of Gly.In addition I have 2 extra
peaks, one shortly after N and the other one at S. The first one is -
according to ABI - anilin derived from PITC and water. Actually this peak
is reduced to about 1/2 when I add drying time in the flask cycle. However,
this does of course not improve the sequencing performance of the instrument
because its obviously the cartridge where the problem resides (and where
the anilin arises, too).Does anybody out there know this problem and, maybe,
also a remedy?
Best regards
Karlheinz Mann
Ps: PITC and all of the other reagents have of course already been changed.
The problems already started 3 weeks ago and are growing constantly.
