Adam:

BioAnalytical Systems (BAS) had at one time manufactured an HPLC system for
elctrochemical detection applications which are affected by the amount of
degassing. They had found they needed tubing less permeable than teflon
for this application, so they would be a good source of information about
the particular question you are asking.

Try contacting Dr. Don Shoup 317-463-4527 or one of the technical people to
see if they can help with this.

Best of luck, and let us know of the answer.

Sincerely,

Amos
