Thanks, Laurey,for your suggestions!However,things are not so simple.
The problem seems to arise in the cartridge.
I was quite astonished about this KOH story.I've never heard of this ABI
suggestion.I wash the flasks of my sequencers regularly about every 3 month
since about 10years now and I never had a problem because of this.
