Hi Susan,
We have in our lab a modular HPLC from Pharmacia-LKB (pumps mod
2248, UV dual wave VWM 2141 and LCC 2252 controller) for more than 5 years
working with FPLC and HPLC columns which have been used with several kinds
of solvents (salts, organic solvents, etc..). All parts of HPLC are made
in titanium which can avoid some corrosion caused by salts. I hope it
could be useful.
